Cancellation Policy

(Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE with the exception of cancellations done by me if and when I may have an emergency and you aren’t able to reschedule) **DEPOSIT IS CREDITED TOWARDS YOUR STYLE** To better serve you and all of my clients, open communication is strongly encouraged. Absolutely life happens and in the event that it does, below is the best route to handle your upcoming appointment… ✔️ FREE cancellations must be made 72hrs before your upcoming appointment. ❌CHARGED cancellations for an upcoming appointment include notices of less than 72hrs, same day and no shows. ‼️More than 2 cancellations within 30 days may result in the termination of future appointments. 🚫No-shows will result in immediate termination of future appointments.
